The glass bottles we use are made from Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) materials, which are recycled from used glass, and Post-Industrial Recycled (PIR) materials, which are recycled from discarded glass scraps generated during the production process. By using PCR materials, 48% of our glass bottles are made from PCR, and 10% from PIR, we reduce the consumption of new resources and promote sustainable values.

Return Policy

· Exchange/Return Period
– Exchanges and returns are possible through the customer center within 7 days of receiving the product.

· Exchange/Return Shipping Fee
– A round-trip shipping fee of KRW 6,000 will be charged for exchanges/returns due to a simple change of mind.
– In the case of exchanges/returns due to defective products or incorrect delivery, shipping fees will not be charged if the defect is confirmed.

· Reasons for non-exchange/return
